The cost of renting a private aircraft, whether for air taxi services or a charter flight, is influenced by:
1. The Selected Type of Private Aircraft
For your reference: in air taxi services, prices for turboprop aircraft start at 1,200 EUR per flight hour, small jets from 1,500 EUR per flight hour, mid-size jets from 2,800 EUR per flight hour, and heavy jets from 5,900 EUR per flight hour. To these rates, it is naturally necessary to add airport fees, various taxes, and other incidental costs.
2. Distance Between Selected Destinations
And the related flight duration. For longer distances, certain types of air taxi aircraft may require a fuel stop, which typically lasts about 1 hour. In our price quotes, we offer both options: a more cost-effective aircraft with a fuel stop, or a larger aircraft capable of a non-stop flight.
3. One-Way vs. Round-Trip Flight
For one-way flights, the price increases due to the necessity of the aircraft returning empty to its home base (Empty Leg). For round-trip flights, the price is influenced by the length of stay at the destination. If you remain at your destination for more than 2–3 days, the aircraft returns to its base and flies back for you on the requested date. The rental price is then increased by a so-called "double rotation."
4. Current Location of the Aircraft
The rental price is also affected by the aircraft's current position. Costs for repositioning the plane to your desired departure point can increase the total price. However, thanks to our cooperation with international partners, we can always find the aircraft closest to your departure airport, effectively eliminating these additional costs for you.
